How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, international delivery typically arrives within 4–18 days depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — XLJERSEY ships internationally. You can confirm availability for your address at checkout.
What currencies do you accept?

Prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) by default, and other major currencies are accepted at checkout.
What is your return policy?

Returns are free and follow our published return window of 30 days from delivery on unworn items in original packaging. Customized jerseys (with custom name/number) are non-refundable.
How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track it from the Track Order page using your order number.
Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe over an SSL-encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
What sizes do you offer?

Most jerseys are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Some products also come in kids sizes. The size chart is on every product page.
Can I customize my jersey with a name and number?

Yes — on supported products you can add a custom name and number at checkout. Customized items are non-refundable.
