Return Policy

Coverage
This return policy applies to all XLJERSEY orders shipped worldwide. Returns are processed at our United States fulfillment center.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this window, all sales are considered final.
Return method
All returns are accepted by mail. We do not offer in-store drop-off.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from odors (cologne, smoke, etc.)
- In new condition with all original tags still attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
Non-returnable items
- Customized jerseys with player name, number, or custom printing
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through wear, washing, or improper care
How to request a return
- Email support@xljersey.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RA number.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Return shipping fees
There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is handled as follows:
- Change of mind, sizing, or fit: the customer pays return shipping.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: XLJERSEY pays return shipping.
We recommend a tracked shipping method — we can't issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@xljersey.com with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
