Soccer Jersey Size & Fit Guide
Nike, Adidas and Puma all run their own sizing — and authentic kits fit very differently from replicas. Use the charts below to land the right size first time.
Authentic vs replica fit
Authentic / player-version jerseys are cut slim and short — tight in the chest, tapered through the sleeve. Built for an athlete's frame.
Replica / fan-version jerseys use a relaxed cut with a longer body and roomier sleeves. Safer for everyday wear.
Rule of thumb: if you're between sizes on an authentic kit, size up. On a replica, stick to your usual size.

How to measure
- Chest: measure around the widest part of your chest, under the arms, with the tape level.
- Length: measure from the high point of the shoulder (next to the collar) down to where you want the jersey to end.
- Compare to the table for the brand you're buying — not your t-shirt size.
When to size up
- You're buying an authentic / player-version kit.
- You prefer a relaxed fit over an athletic one.
- Your chest measurement falls at the top of a size range.
- You plan to layer underneath.
